More Interference ?

More Interference ?

The EU Court of Human RIghts has condemned searches under Section 44 of our Terrorism Act 2000.
Their main concern appears to be ;
1/ That such searches could cause " humiliation and embarrassment"
2/ Interference.
3/ Discomfort.
Doesn't this Court, and those residing in it realise that our enemies ( and theirs ) rejoice at such rulings ?
This legislation was passed in OUR House of Commons by OUR representatives to help protect US from the various malcontents who are trying to destroy OUR way of life.
But then again our EU neighbours don't give a fig for US or OUR values, unless it's to their advantage!
